The WHOA board of directors helps to protect your investment in your home by providing oversight and management of the neighborhood’s covenants and regulations. Some of the WHOA board’s responsibilities include:
- maintaining and repairing common areas
- ensuring architectural integrity
- enforcing covenants and regulations
- collecting and managing WHOA membership dues
